MYLALI

Technology & business consulting

We build the software your business plan assumes already exists.

MYLALI LLC is a boutique consulting firm. We design and build web apps, mobile apps, AI tools, and data visualization — and help you make the strategy and operations calls around them.

  • Web apps
  • Mobile apps
  • AI tools
  • Dashboards
  • Websites
  • Automation

Two practices, one team

Most problems aren't only technical, and they're rarely only strategic.

We work across both so the plan and the product don't drift apart — the people writing the roadmap are the people writing the code.

01 — Technology

Design and build

From a first working version to the platform your team runs on. We handle architecture, build, launch, and the unglamorous parts that keep it running.

  • Web Applications
  • Mobile Apps
  • AI Tools & Automation
  • Data Visualization
  • Websites & Digital Presence
  • Cloud & Integration

02 — Business

Decide and operate

What to build, what to buy, what to stop doing. Strategy that comes with numbers attached, and operations work that survives after we leave.

  • Digital Strategy & Roadmapping
  • Operations & Process Design
  • Data & Analytics Advisory

Capabilities

What we actually deliver

01

Web Applications

Production web apps and internal tools — from a first version to a platform your team runs on every day.

02

Mobile Apps

iOS and Android products that share a codebase without feeling like a compromise.

03

AI Tools & Automation

Practical AI that removes real work — not demos. We start from the workflow, not the model.

04

Data Visualization

Dashboards and interactive views that make a decision obvious instead of burying it.

05

Websites & Digital Presence

Marketing sites that load fast, rank well, and are easy for your team to update.

06

Cloud & Integration

The plumbing behind the product: infrastructure, data flow, and systems that talk to each other.

How we work

A short path from conversation to something running.

Every engagement follows the same four moves. You always know what stage we're in and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Understand

We start with the business outcome and the constraints — budget, timeline, team, and the systems already in place.

  2. 02

    Define

A written scope: what gets built, what explicitly does not, how success is measured, and what it costs.

  3. 03

    Build

Short iterations with something reviewable at the end of each one. No black boxes, no month-long silences.

  4. 04

    Hand Over

You get the code, the accounts, and the documentation. We stay involved because you want us to, not because you're locked in.

Ways to work together

Pick the size that fits the problem

Discovery Sprint

1–3 weeks

A fixed-scope engagement to define the problem, validate the approach, and produce a costed plan. Ends with a document and a prototype you own — whether or not we build it together.

Build Engagement

6–16 weeks

Design and delivery of a working product: web app, mobile app, AI tool, or dashboard. Shipped in increments so you see progress every week, not at the end.

Ongoing Partnership

Monthly retainer

Continuous improvement, support, and advisory once you're live. A predictable amount of senior capacity each month, applied to whatever matters most.

How we operate

The parts clients tell us matter most

Small team, senior work

The person you talk to is the person doing the work. No layers between the brief and the build.

Scope you can read

Every engagement has a written scope with a fixed price or a clear range. Change is negotiated, not invoiced by surprise.

You own everything

Code, repositories, cloud accounts, and domains are yours from day one, under your own credentials.

Honest about fit

If off-the-shelf software solves your problem for a fraction of the cost, we'll tell you that instead of building it.

Have something you need built?

Tell us the problem in a few sentences. We'll reply within one business day with an honest read on scope, cost, and whether we're the right fit.
